Playing on Kirikay isn't just about chasing wins — it's entertainment, it's excitement. But entertainment is only healthy when it stays within limits. We want you to play safely for the long haul.
We will never encourage you to bet beyond your means. Your wellbeing matters to us more than any business goal.
You're in control — use these tools and stay safe
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, Kirikay enforces it automatically — any attempt to deposit beyond your limit will be blocked.
Set a time limit for how long you use the platform each session. Once the time is up, Kirikay will automatically log you out. You can also opt in to receive hourly reminders.
If you exceed a set loss amount, Kirikay will automatically stop your betting. This is our most protective tool, since the urge to keep playing after a loss is when the risk is highest.
Take a break ranging from 1 day up to 6 weeks. Your account will be locked during this period, giving you the space to clear your head and make decisions with a calm mind.
Exclude yourself for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. Once self-exclusion is active, your account cannot be reactivated before the set period ends – this is a firm commitment.
A pop-up will appear at set intervals showing your total time played along with your wins and losses. It's a prompt to keep you grounded in the reality of your session.
Set up your safety limits in just a few minutes
After logging in, click your profile icon in the top right corner and look for the "Responsible Gaming" menu.
Choose from deposit, loss, or session time limits — whichever you need. Set a specific amount or duration for each one individually.
Once confirmed, a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit takes 24 hours to come into effect, but reductions apply instantly.
Tip: Keep your limit low. You can always raise it later, but that takes 24 hours — and that waiting period is exactly what keeps you protected.
Interest in online betting is growing steadily across Bangladesh, especially during cricket season. Millions of people visit Kirikay every day – some for the excitement of the final over in an IPL match, others to add a little thrill to a World Cup game. That enjoyment is real and perfectly normal.
But betting involves risk, and risk comes with responsibility. Responsible gambling is a mindset and a set of behaviours where you treat betting as a form of entertainment – not a livelihood or a way to solve problems.
Most betting platforms treat responsible gaming as a compliance checkbox. At Kirikay, it means something different. We know that many of our users are their family's sole earner, and many are young people with their whole future ahead. If even one of them falls into a betting addiction, that's a failure on our part.
That's why all responsible gaming tools on Kirikay are completely free to use. Whether you want to set limits, take a break, or stop entirely — we're here to help. Because we believe a happy, healthy player is better for everyone in the long run.
The first rule of responsible betting is having realistic expectations. Winning is never guaranteed — betting is a game of probability. Over the long term, every casino and betting platform holds a mathematical advantage known as the house edge. Understanding this is what puts betting in the right perspective.
The second rule of responsible betting is budgeting. Decide how much you can afford to spend on entertainment each month. Think of betting the same way you think of movies, restaurants, or a night out with friends — it's one part of your entertainment budget, not all of it.
The third principle is emotional control. When your team falls behind mid-match, the urge to place bigger bets to recover can kick in – this is known as chasing losses, and it's the most dangerous moment. Kirikay's Loss Limit tool automatically protects you in exactly this situation.
Family support is the strongest shield against problem gambling. If someone close to you feels their loved one's betting is becoming a concern, have an open conversation with them – or reach out to Kirikay's support team. We're here to help.
Need help? If you feel like betting is becoming hard to control, reach out to Kirikay Support right away. We'll help without judgment.
If several of the signs below apply to you, it may be time to take a break
If you notice three or more of the above signs in yourself: Please activate Kirikay's self-exclusion feature right away and talk to someone you trust. That's not weakness – that's courage.
